Welcome to "Arrangements Online", where you can set down some
instructions for your funeral arrangements from the comfort and privacy
of your home computer.
This in
no way intends to remove the important personal aspect of pre-arranging
a funeral, but is offered as a guide to some of the choices and
decisions that you will be confronted with.
Here you can
download and print a form that details much of the information that will
be required by your funeral director. Once you have completed the form
( 2 pages), either retain it at home for the information of your family,
or forward it to your nearest Knight Brenton James office.

Before you
start, if you haven't done so already, we suggest you familiarise
yourself with our pricing and standard services. If you follow the
links from this page, you can then return to the “Arrangements- Online”
main page by clicking on the “back” arrow on your toolbar.
We suggest a
visit to
www.kbj.com.au/pricing is a good place to start.
Please note that
entrusting us with your personal details is an important privacy issue.
Please read our
Privacy Statement.
If you are
considering a pre-paid funeral, we suggest a visit to
Pre-Paid Funerals for some further information about the benefits of
pre-paying your funeral. From there you can also visit the website of
fund manager IOOF SA and the Public Trustee.
Where a funeral
is pre-paid, a detailed contract will be provided by Knight Brenton
James, clearly setting out what is provided and the accompanying terms
and conditions. The nominated fund manager will also provide you with a
certificate confirming your investment.
Please note that
once pre-paid, the funeral cost is locked in against inflation. Funerals
that are pre-arranged without being pre-paid will be subject to the
usual inflationary price rises.
