Welfare Officer

To improve the level of personal care and service to our clients, we have appointed a welfare officer to assist pre need clients and bereaved families with many of the issues that may confront them including the following:

Referral to welfare agencies such as Legacy, The TPI Soldiers Association, Vietnam Veterans Association.

Referral to specialist assistance and counselling if needed.

Assist with post funeral care of families and memorialisation as required.

Welfare Officer Cheryl Billett brings a wealth of experience to this position, and is currently available by contacting any of our branches, at all times.
